Entrusted by the Highway Engineering Bureau of Henan Province, we made 3D animation for the construction process of hollow precast slab for Zhoukou-Nanyang expressway. High definition images were adopted in the production, which is made in strict accordance with the design documents and construction procedures. It showed the design of prefabricated pedestal, binding of bottom and web reinforcement, installation of side formwork, deployment of steel stranded wire, tensioning of prestressed steel stranded wire, concreting of hollow slab of bottom plate, installation of internal formwork, binding of top reinforcement, concreting of hollow slab of web and top plate, removal of formwork and prestressing tension, The whole construction process from moving beam to final acceptance. The animation played an important role in the explanation, construction scheme report and scheme display.
