Aiming at the overload detection system of Zhengzhou City, the project establishes a regional vehicle overload monitoring network with interconnection and sharing, coordinated operation, standardization and high efficiency, realizes the management of the inspection data and video images of the overload detection stations under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Overload Detection Management Center and relevant leaders, improves the efficiency and level of road administration at all levels. The illegal acts such as retrograde, breaking through posts were reduced by scientific and technological means, and the detection of trucks were standardized. All collected data are automatically uploaded to the Municipal Highway Bureau through the network in real time to ensure the accuracy and non-tampering of the data. The process of law enforcement filing and law enforcement documents processing were standardized.
