The reconstruction and expansion of South Ring Road of Luanchuan City is located in Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province. The road links Luoyang- Luanchuan Expressway in the East and links provincial highway S 322 in the West. It has been listed in the overall urban planning of Luanchuan County (2010-2030). The project starts from East Junshan Road, South Ring Road (Fangpi Road) and the center of the T-joint of the county and Fanying highway, and ends at the entrance of jiguandong, a famous scenic spot in Luanchuan County. The total length of the route is 10.15 km, and the design standard is grade-I of urban main road. The project has accelerated the urbanization process of Luanchuan County, improved the regional and trunk highway network structure, improved the traffic conditions, and effectively promoted the local economic development.
