With the development and accelerated construction of Hua'an Economic Development Zone, as a basic project, the road network engineering must be constructed in advance to provide necessary support for other projects and the operation of the development zone. In July 2014, we were entrusted by Hua'an Economic Development Zone to undertake the construction project of Longpu Bridge in Hua’an economic development zone of Zhangzhou city. Longpu Bridge is an important river crossing way connecting Fengshan Town of Hua'an County and Punan town of Xiangcheng District. It connects the North-South roads and the East-West provincial Lian-liu road, and becomes an important gate of the region. It provides convenient conditions for the travel of the surrounding areas of the Development Zone, reduces the detour of the regional traffic, and effectively improves the road network structure and promote the construction and development of Hua'an Economic Development Zone.
The project was constructed according to the standard of urban trunk road. The width of red line of road is 37m, the width of bridge is 28m, the design speed is 50km/h, and the total length of the route is about 867m, including 440m of approaching road and 427m of bridge.
