According to the arrangement of our company, the Second Design Division undertook task of investigation and compilation of feasibility study report of NR.95 reconstruction project in Cambodia. Based on the requirement of accomlishment of the task before the end of June 2015, the Second Design Division sent first responders, Han Wentao, Li Qiuye, Guo Hongtao and Wu Jifeng to arrive in Phnom Penh at 23:30 on December 25, 2014 accordign to the original plan.

At 9:00 on December 17, four members of group and members of Cambodia Office, Xin Yong and Ding Ning reported working scheme to officials of Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia. In the morning of December 30, group members carried out on-site inspection and data collection accompanied by Cambodia Side. Group members rushed to the site of NR.95 on December 31 and began site visits on January 1, 2015.
