From August 21 to 23, 2023, HNDI conducted a graded certification audit of the upgraded version of the quality management system. The audit is organized and implemented by Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., LTD., and the members of the audit team are 18 senior managers of Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., LTD., and the leading enterprises in the domestic survey and design industry.

　　The first meeting of the audit was held on August 21. Chairman Chang Xingwen, Secretary Mao Zhenjie, General Manager Tang Yi, company management representative Du Zhanjun and other senior executives of the company and responsible persons of the audited units attended the meeting. At the meeting, Zhu Jun, head of the audit team and deputy general manager of Beijing Zhongshe Certification Service Co., LTD., introduced the members of the audit team, audit objectives, audit plan and so on. After that, 20 events were carried out, involving 7 main processes, 7 sub-processes, design, investigation, surveying and mapping and other three product audits.

　　At the last meeting held on August 23rd, the audit team leader summarized the audit and reported the highlights, problems and suggestions found in the audit. The company continues to maintain AAA certification under high quality and high requirements.

　　At the meeting, General Manager Tang Yi thanked the work of the audit team, thinking that the management concepts and management methods put forward by the audit team are forward-looking, and the company should conscientiously implement the hierarchical certification standards so that the management ability can be climbed to another high-rise building.

　　Finally, Chairman Chang Xingwen once again thanked the experts of the audit team and asked all departments and units to seriously treat the problems, highlights and suggestions found by the experts, continue to carry forward and continuously improve the highlights, seriously rectify and improve the problems, and actively adopt and consider various suggestions to ensure the sustained and high-quality development of the research institute.
