On December 30, 2022, Zhengzhou Urban and Rural Construction Bureau announced qualification list of the 9th and 10th batches of construction engineering quality testing institutions in Zhengzhou in 2022. Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. (Wholly-owned subsidiary of HNDI) successfully obtained the qualification for municipal building energy conservation and building curtain wall testing.

　　In order to meet the requirements of national municipal building energy conservation and building curtain wall testing qualification applications, Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. carried out a series of work in 2022, including construction and transformation of testing laboratories, procurement, installation, verification, calibration, file improvement of instruments and equipment, training and learning of testing personnel, testing environment layout, and improvement of management system documents. In September 2022, an application for evaluation of relevant parameter expansion was submitted to Henan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and it was successfully passed. Subsequently, according to relevant regulations, the application for municipal building energy conservation and building curtain wall testing qualification will be filled in and submitted. On November 9, 2022, Engineering Quality Supervision Station of Zhengzhou Urban and Rural Construction Bureau assigned experts to conduct on-site verification of the testing personnel, testing environment, testing instruments and equipment of Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd., and randomly selected 6 testing personnel for each qualification to conduct on-site operation and written examination, and took on-site photos of all certified personnel to obtain evidence. After a series of checks and assessments, experts unanimously believe that the operation of the management system, the configuration of testing personnel and equipment, and the management and control of the testing environment of Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. fully meet the requirements for building energy efficiency and building curtain wall testing qualifications.

　　Up to now, Zhongben Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. has obtained all eight qualifications for quality testing of construction projects, including witness sampling, foundation, main structure, steel structure, urban bridge, indoor environment of civil construction engineering, building energy conservation, and building curtain wall testing. It has laid a solid foundation for the company to further expand the urban construction engineering market in the next step.
