On May 24, 2013, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the National Road Network Planning (2013-2030), which identified the layout and main control points of the national highways in Henan Province. A portion of the original ordinary provincial road in Henan province was incorporated into the ordinary national road network, and the remaining general provincial road network mileage was reduced from 14,153 kilometers to about 8,700 kilometers. In order to identify the national road trend in Henan Province, adjust the layout of the general provincial road network, determine the general provincial road directions, we participated in the preparation work of " Alignment Planning Report on Ordinary National Road Network in Henan Province " (hereinafter referred to as the "Planning Report").

　　The Planning Report clearly defined the guiding ideology of planning adjustment, put forward the objectives and principles of planning adjustment, formulated an adjustment plan, guided the mapping of the alignment of ordinary provincial roads in Henan Province, and promoted the construction of the GIS database. On the basis of the Planning Report, and approved by the provincial government and the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in cooperation with the Henan Provincial Department of Transportation, the Henan Provincial Road Network Planning Adjustment Program (2013-2030) was officially issued on February 18, 2014 (No. 341, in 2014) which has played a leading and promoting role in the construction of the provincial highway in Henan Province.
