The company mainly focuses on design and consultation businesses, which comprise mechatronics facilities design for highway engineering, mechatronics facilities design for municipal roads, logistics development planning and engineering consultation, design of building automation, etc. In recent years, it has undertaken the mechatronics engineering design projects of the reconstruction and expansion of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway and Lianyungang-Huoerguosi Expressway mainlines, reaching 1,000km. The division also takes part in compilations of Design Specification for Traffic Engineering and Roadside Facilities of Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion in China, Strategic Research of Henan Highway Logistics Development, and Henan Transport and Logistics Development Program in the Twelfth Five-Year Period. The feasibility study and design of 'multipath recognition system of Henan expressway network' has been accomplished as well.
Furthermore, the company has set up a Road Safe-operation Techniques Research Center to do some special researches on traffic safety control techniques, road traffic organization plan, road traffic control and intelligentized management research and so on.
